30ml Brittains 5 x Distilled Vodka
15ml Blue Curacoa
30ml Malibu Coconut Rum
Dash of Bitters
90ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Croquet aficionados understand Aunt Emma’s to be the deadliest players of all.
Coat glass rim with sugar.
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
Strain into a glass full of ice.
Sip between shots. Play to win.
75ml of Brittains Strawberry & Rhubarb Vodka
75ml Cherry Liqueur
8oz fresh British strawberries
1/2 squeezed lemon
4 large mint leaves
Gently crush the strawberries in a shaker.
Add the cherry liquor and gently shake the ingredients together.
Add the Vodka and a scoopful of crushed ice.
Shake, pour into a teacup and garnish with the mint.
Sip from fine china to the sound of centre court.
75ml of Brittains 5 x Distilled Vodka
A dash of Elderflower cordial
50ml freshly juiced apple – choose a sharp or sweet apple to taste
A squeeze of lime
A bunch of mint leaves
1 slice of apple and 1 slice of lime
Place a large block of ice or 3x large ice cubes in the centre of a tumbler.
Pour the 5x distilled vodka over the ice.
Splash in the elderflower cordial.
Pour in the apple juice and add a splash of lime.
Place the slice of apple and lime on the side of the glass and garnish with mint.

50ml Brittains Chocolate & Chilli Vodka
50ml Coffee liqueur
50ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
Ice
Cocoa powder
Dust the rim of a glass with cocoa.
Add a handful of ice and pour in the vodka, liqueur and cream.
Stir.
Dust with cocoa.
Drink before bedtime. Pyjamas optional.

50ml Black raspberry liqueur
Handful of blackberries, raspberries and blueberries
Berries to garnish
Take a small copper saucepan. Add the vodka, and the raspberry liquor. Warm gently but do not boil
Meanwhile gently crush the fruit in a teacup or mug.
Pour the warmed liquid over the fruit. Garnish with a few more berries.
Sip at the fireside after a brisk country walk.
